Where can I buy a EIOTCLUB SIM card?
You can order a EIOTCLUB SIM kit here. We don't offer our SIMs at retail outlets, yet.
Can I keep my phone number?
You can keep your existing number, this sim kit only support wireless service data. Not support talk & text.
Will my device work with EIOTCLUB?
Any unlocked device that has a SIM card slot will most likely work with EIOTCLUB. Between our two networks, we support a wide variety of mobile phones, tablets, PCs, watches, pet trackers, security cameras, trail and game cameras for hunting, 4G routers, GPS devices, car locators and more.
How do I activate my EIOTCLUB SIM card?
Activating your SIM card is straightforward and only takes a few minutes. Just plug in your device and it can be used WITHOUT activation.
And then, insert the EIOTCLUB SIM card into your device and restart it. That's it! If you need help along the way, you can reach us right away on any page via the FAQ button in the bottom right corner.
How do I know if EIOTCLUB will work for me?
There are a few easy ways to check if EIOTCLUB is the perfect fit for you:
- Check the coverage map to verify the service in your area. Please be aware that outside factors like terrain, building structures, weather, and other conditions may also interfere with the actual service available. When you intend to travel out from your regular location, consult the coverage map again to check for service in the areas to which you will travel.
- If you are bringing your own phone, make sure your device is compatible with EIOTCLUB. It must be GSM, VoLTE, use our Bring Your Own Phone checker to confirm.
- If you are bringing your own phone, make sure your device is unlocked.
What are EIOTCLUB’s SIM card sizes?
Our SIM cards are triple pre-cut, standard, micro, and nano sized. Punch out the size you need for your wireless device.
What is a SIM card?
A SIM card is a chip that some phones and IoT devices require to be able to communicate with a wireless network.
Can I buy SIM cards in bulk?
If you are interested in purchasing EIOTCLUB SIM cards in bulk, please submit a request through our EMAIL and a representative will be in touch ASAP.
Can I use a EIOTCLUB SIM card in my dual SIM phone?
Yes, you can. You can also use a SIM card from an alternative wireless provider in each slot. This will not affect your EIOTCLUB service.
Why are there different plans with different prices? What is the difference?
We have many plans with different prices and that’s because all of our plans come with different sizes of data. Also, each of our plans come with a different duration from 30 days, 180 days, a full year. If you are not sure which plan is best for you, we suggest you start with the plan you feel most comfortable with to get familiar with our service. You can always upgrade your EIOTCLUB plan at any time for no additional service charges. You will only be responsible for plan price adjustment.

How do I choose a plan?
EIOTCLUB offers fully customizable plans to fit your personal needs. Not sure what you need? Don't worry, you can always come back to top or adjust your plan. We'll never charge any overage fees.
Can I share a plan across multiple lines?
We do not offer plan sharing at the moment.
Does this sim card have an expiration date?
The sim card has no expiration date, but it offer 300MB/100MB data for free that needs to be used within 30 days.
Does this come with a phone number?
the SIM ONLY data, No Talk & Text.
Where can I view my usage and manage my top ups?
Visit EIOTCLUB web to view your usage. If you are running out on data, the sim will stop working and will NOT BE AUTO-charge.
Why isn’t my activation working?
If you are experiencing trouble with your activation, go to our official website and a representative will be in touch to help you ASAP. Please ensure you enter your SIM card number to guarantee a faster response.
Which network do you run on?
We run on America's largest, fastest, and most reliable network.
If I change my plan today, when am I charged?
Immediately. When your previous plan is used up or expires, the SIM card will start to use the new plan.
Are there any hidden fees with EIOTCLUB?
No. We believe in nothing less than delighting our customers with a phenomenal experience. Hiding fees is fundamentally wrong and hinders our ability to delight our customers. We will never charge hidden fees.
What happens if I use all my data?
The service stops. If you need more data you can always visit our URL to add Top Ups. There are no limits for how many time you can add a Top Up or any extra fees.

Is EIOTCLUB available in my area?
We supports operators(AT&T & T-mobile &Verizon )in the United States, and support 30 countries networks in Europe, so you can stream at remarkable speeds no matter where you are (in the US). You could contact our 24/7 customer support for more details.
Will my device get 4G LTE data?
Both of our networks can provide 4G LTE connectivity to your device, as long as your device is 4G LTE compatible and there is coverage in your area. If you're not sure about your device you reach out to us 24/7 and we'll be able to find out if your device is compatible.
What internationals plans does EIOTCLUB offer?

Common Issues
Why am I getting 'No Service' on devices?
Try powering your devices off, waiting 30 seconds, then powering back on again. If that doesn't help, try moving around or step outside for a bit to help your device regain signal. Click here to chat with our support team if you continue to face issues.

Why am I not receiving EIOTCLUB emails?
Make sure that you leave the correct email address when you visit our website.
Why does the expire date not changed after renew ?
The expire date is for the currently using data plan, it won’t be updated until the current plan is used up or expires. This won’t cause any interruption as long as you have refilled your data plan, please rest assured.
APN Settings
What APN settings are needed with EIOTCLUB?
When you activate the service with EIOTCLUB, all your APN settings are usually set automatically. However, if you're having issues with data, you need to check your APN settings to make sure that they're correct. please check your user manual about APN setting information
What should be the APN settings for my Android?
On an Android device, you can check and adjust your APN settings in the following location: Settings Tap More networks (under the Connections tab, or More, Wireless & networks, Wireless Controls, Wireless Manager, Phone Information). Select Mobile or Cellular networks. Choose Access Point Names. Tap the Menu icon. Tap the Access Point you would like to check. If you're adding a new APN, tap New APN and enter APN meassage Save the APN, restart the device, and test the service.
What should be the APN settings for my iOS?
On an iOS device, you can view or adjust your APN settings in one of the following locations: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network OR Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network. enter the SIM card APN meassage, double-check that the iOS software is updated, restart your phone, and test the service again.
