The SIM card didn't fit properly in the space on the unit and the unit is not working.

I am here to follow up on your sim card problem that the SIM card didn't fit properly in the space on the unit and the unit is not working. Sorry for the inconvenience that caused you and we didn't help you in time. Our card has 3 sizes: Standard, Micro and Nano, so you can disassemble the card by following the lines on the card to adjust its size to fit your device. After that, please insert the card into the device, the device can successfully connect to the network and start working normally after setting the correct APN, If you are not sure of the APN information,you can contact us, we will assist you to set the APN. sim card was easy to install, had 3 sizes, my iphone used the nano size which was easy to break apart from the perforated plastic. turn on the international roaming and surf away!
