EIOTCLUBCredits are separate from Recharge Points and can be used on eligible EIOTCLUB store orders.

- Choose an eligible store orderOrders must be at least $10 before EIOTCLUBCredits can be redeemed.
- Apply EIOTCLUBCredits at checkoutYou need at least 200 available EIOTCLUBCredits. Redeem in 10-Credit steps.
- Complete your purchaseUse EIOTCLUBCredits again on future orders whenever your available balance is sufficient.

Eligible spend
Earn 10 EIOTCLUBCredits for every $1 of eligible paid merchandise. Taxes, shipping, Gift Cards, free orders and the amount paid with EIOTCLUBCredits do not earn Credits.

Pending to available
After payment, EIOTCLUBCredits are Pending during the 7-day anti-fraud period. Eligible fulfilled orders then move to your available balance.

Refunds and adjustments
Refunded or cancelled orders automatically reverse the related EIOTCLUBCredits. A balance may become negative if those Credits have already been redeemed.

Expiry and promotions
EIOTCLUBCredits expire after 12 months without account activity; a reminder is sent 3 days before expiry. Only one code may be used per order.

Recharge Points Rules

Eligible spend
Points are calculated from the paid order amount, converted to USD where needed. Taxes, shipping, Gift Cards, free orders and the amount paid with points do not earn points.

7-day settlement period
After payment, points are shown as Pending during a 7-day anti-fraud period. Eligible points then become available to use.

Refunded or cancelled orders automatically reverse related points. Your balance may become negative if the original points were already redeemed.
