Mia at the EIOTCLUB was extremely helpful. I currently have 5 REOLINK cameras (4G) that have been running off of ATT & T-MOBILE. I've been having troubles for a couple of months. I've been working with REOLINK on the camera's without "any" luck. After multiple re-boots of all 5 camera's, I still had the SAME problem. Once I realized there was a VERIZON option, I contacted EIOTCLUB. Once Mia, started working with me, she sent me 5 NEW VERIZON cards, transferred some of my data from the other cards to these NEW cards so that I could try them. Mia said if they worked, she would transfer the rest of the data for the 365 Data Cards I purchased and then I could pay the difference for the VERIZON cards.
Upon installation of the new cards, re-setting the camera's, there was an immediate difference in video quality, response time of the camera's, playback time and connection to ALL 5 cameras. I'm looking at purchasing another camera or two and I will 100% be using these cards and working with EIOTCLUB. Still debating on the camera's with the new models REOLINK has out for my property, but once I do, there will be NO OTHER options for me. I HIGHLY recommend this card, EIOTCLUB and Mia from EIOTCLUB.
