We have many plans with different prices and that’s because all of our plans come with different sizes of data. Also, each of our plans come with a different duration from 30 days, 180 days, a full year. If you are not sure which plan is best for you, we suggest you start with the plan you feel most comfortable with to get familiar with our service. You can always upgrade your EIOTCLUB plan at any time for no additional service charges. You will only be responsible for plan price adjustment.
Each data plan has data limit and expiration date limit. For example: 24GB-360days. This data plan has 24GB which can last for 360 days. If the 24GB data was used up before the 360 days expire date, the data plan will expire. Or if the data has not been used up but the 360 days are up, the data plan will also expire..

When you activate the service with EIOTCLUB, all your APN settings are usually set automatically. However, if you're having issues with data, you need to check your APN settings to make sure that they're correct. please check your user manual about APN setting information.
On an Android device, you can check and adjust your APN settings in the following location: Settings Tap More networks (under the Connections tab, or More, Wireless & networks, Wireless Controls, Wireless Manager, Phone Information). Select Mobile or Cellular networks. Choose Access Point Names. Tap the Menu icon. Tap the Access Point you would like to check. If you're adding a new APN, tap New APN and enter APN meassage Save the APN, restart the device, and test the service.
On an iOS device, you can view or adjust your APN settings in one of the following locations: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network OR Settings > Mobile Data > Mobile Data Options > Mobile Data Network. enter the SIM card APN meassage, double-check that the iOS software is updated, restart your phone, and test the service again.
