Sim card

7-Day Unconditional Refund:

Customers have a 7-day window from the date of activation to request a refund. For any reason, customers have the right to cancel their new eiotclub service activation within this period and request a refund. The refund will include the full purchase price and any associated taxes and fees.

Refund Process: Customers are required to fill out the refund request form provided on the eiotclub website or directly contact customer service. Refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days after the request is submitted.


For Packages Already in Use:

For packages that have already been activated, customers will be charged according to the usage of the plan from the service start date, and partial refunds will be issued accordingly.


Customized or Personalized SIM Card Refunds:

Customized or personalized SIM cards may not be eligible for refunds unless there are defects or errors in the customization process.


Exceeding the Refund Deadline:

Customers who exceed the 7-day refund deadline will not be eligible for a refund but may still cancel the service according to the terms of the service agreement.


Refusal of Refunds:

eiotclub reserves the right to refuse refunds if the SIM card shows signs of damage, tampering, or if the packaging has been opened.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@eiotclub.com.
Eiotclub Plans
You may request a refund and cancel your new Eiotclub service activation for any reason within  (7) calendar days of activation, and we will refund the full purchase price and any associated taxes and fees, as long as you: (i) have purchased a Eiotclub plan on eiotclub.com ; and (ii)Send refund request to info@eiotclub.com.

eSIM Return and Refund Policy

Unactivated eSIM:

  • For unactivated eSIMs, customers can apply for a full refund. Please ensure to submit your refund request through our customer service channels within 30 days of purchase.

Technical or Network Issues:

  • If you encounter technical or network issues that affect the normal use of the eSIM, you may opt for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service with a description and proof of the issue, and we will process your refund or replacement.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Period: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, if you are unsatisfied with the product, you may request a return. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

  • Return Conditions: Returned products must be in their original condition, including complete packaging, accessories, user manuals, and a valid purchase receipt.
  • Refund Processing: Once the return is inspected and approved, Eiotclub will refund the purchase amount to your original payment account within 7 business days. The refunded amount will exclude the original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    • Replacement Conditions: Within the 2-year warranty period, if the product cannot function properly due to manufacturing defects, you may request a replacement. Eiotclub will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement product to the customer. However, return shipping costs for sending the faulty product back to Eiotclub will be the responsibility of the customer.
